Privacy Policy
Last updated July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ober Enterprises LLC d/b/a Full Circle SEM ("we," "us") handles information when you use the
Free Google Ads Audit ("the Audit"), a free tool that reviews your own Google Ads account and shows you, in plain
English, where your ad budget may be wasted.
The short version
We read your Google Ads data to generate your audit, and that's it. Your Google sign-in is used
once and discarded the moment the audit finishes — we never store it, and we never change anything in your account.
We do not sell your data.
Information we access and collect
- Google Ads data (read-only). With your permission, we read your account's search terms,
spend and conversion statistics, campaign structure, and targeting/location settings. We request a read-only level
of access and never create, edit, pause, or delete anything in your account.
- Your business website. We retrieve publicly available pages of the website associated with
your account to understand what your business does, which makes the audit more accurate.
- Your name, email address, and phone number. If you choose to unlock the full report, we collect
the contact information you enter so we can follow up about your audit.
- Usage and lead attribution. We record which parts of the report you interact with and use a
CallTrackingMetrics tracker to record referral/source information and a visitor session ID. This helps us improve
the tool and understand where submitted leads came from; it is not used to serve ads.
- Basic usage events. We use Google Analytics and our own event log to understand which parts
of the audit you view or interact with (for example, that a button was clicked) so we can improve the tool. We do
not use this information to serve ads or track you across other websites.
How we use information
- To generate and display your audit report.
- To contact you about your audit and how Ober Enterprises LLC d/b/a Full Circle SEM may be able to help.
- To understand and improve how the tool performs.
How Google user data is handled
The Free Ads Audit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google Ads data to provide the audit you requested. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to run the service (see below) or as required by law.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the tool, who process data only on our behalf:
- Google Cloud — hosting, the database that stores your contact information and usage events, and
Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini), which we use to categorize your search terms as part of the audit.
- Google Analytics — measures visits and interactions with the audit so we can understand and
improve the experience. Report links and Google sign-in callback details are excluded from analytics page URLs.
- Firecrawl — retrieves the public pages of your business website.
- CallTrackingMetrics — receives your name, email address, phone number, and visitor/source
attribution when you submit the report form, so we can capture and follow up with the lead.
- Google Workspace email — sends your submitted name, email address, phone number, audit
summary metrics, and private report link to our team so we can follow up about your audit.
How long we keep it
- Your Google sign-in (refresh token): discarded as soon as the audit finishes — never stored.
- Your audit results: held only temporarily in memory (a couple of hours) so you can read the
report, then automatically discarded.
- Your contact information and usage events: retained so we can follow up and improve the tool, until you ask
us to delete them.
Your choices
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls on
our cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we never persist your Google
credentials, which limits exposure by design.
Children
The Audit is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
